Led applied research, design, and evaluation initiatives at the intersection of education, workforce development, and credentialing for military and civilian populations. Directed development of large-scale platforms including MilGears and Map My Future. Served as a senior member of the corporate management team, contributed to grant writing, and represented the organization at national conferences.
